| GENERAL INFORMATION & SPECIFICATIONS |
| SETUPS: |
| Standard setups are included in the catalog pricing as follows: Wet Dye Ties & Scarves include up to 6 spot colors, (additional colors &/or "photo process" printing may be available; contact factory); Woven Ties include up to 4 logo/design colors maximum. Design modifications requested for any item after initial setups are subject to additional setup costs. All artwork, film, screens, weaving cards or special tools used for production remain the property of the factory. |
| DELIVERY: |
| Standard delivery for catalog items is about 8-10 weeks in most cases, including proof samples (4-5 weeks proofs, then 4-5 weeks bulk). "Rush" options may be available for some orders. Contact factory. Every effort will be made to meet your requested delivery date. However, guaranteed delivery is not a condition of any order. Designs by Anthony is not liable for "force majeure" circumstances beyond our control, and requires acceptance of orders even if delivery is affected by unforeseen circumstances. |
| ART DESIGN: |
| Initial basic art design, including printout &/or e-mail
proofs, included with most orders. Additional options, revisions, or complex
art requirements may be billable. Contact factory for design assistance
and art specifications.

| PROOF SAMPLES: |
| 2 strike-offs (pre-production proof samples) and initial
strike-off setups are included for most orders; requires firm purchase order
and deposit. Additional strike-offs billable at unit cost. |
| LABELS: |
| Designs by Anthony labels standard. Free 2-color woven labels available with 250 pc orders. Under 250 pcs, add $150 (u) per order. |
| PACKAGING: |
| Individual polybag packaging included. Gift packaging options
available. Contact factory. |
| SHIPPING: |
| F.O.B. Escondido, California standard. Special request or split destination shipping may be additional, and subject to limitations. Contact factory. |
| TERMS: |
| 50% deposit and balance before final bulk delivery is standard.
Deposits are firmly required for all imported custom textile orders. Credit
terms requests for balance amounts are considered on a per order basis. |
| CANCELLATIONS: |
| Purchase Orders are considered firm. Orders canceled for
any reason will be liable for all accrued expenses incurred by Designs by
Anthony, our agents, mills, vendors, etc., and are assessed at the discretion
of Designs by Anthony. Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum 25%
and up to 100% of your original PO amount, pending circumstances. |
| RETURNS / CLAIMS: |
| No goods may be returned without written factory authorization.
Any claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the completed order
and are subject to discretionary acceptance by our factory, without exception. |
| OVERS / UNDERS: |
| 8-10% billable 'overs/unders' is standard for all custom
textile orders. Special requests must be clearly specified on your purchase
order and are not binding without written acceptance by the factory. |
| TOLERANCES: |
| Commercially acceptable ranges of tolerance and variation
in all specifications of any order must be allowed. Precise color matching,
design placement, fabric &/or color continuity, size, shape, construction,
packing, etc, cannot be guaranteed as a condition of any order. The final
arbiter of commercially acceptable ranges of tolerance is Designs by Anthony
without exception. |
| SIZES / OPTIONS: |
| Standard tie sizes are approximately 56"-58" long and 3 3/4" wide. Extra-long ties are approximately 59”-61” long; add $1.50 (u) each. Clip-on ties add $1.50 (u) each. Scarf sizes may vary slightly based on yield and hemming options. Contact factory for other available options and pricing. |
| FABRIC: |
| Tie and scarf orders are available in a choice of silk and
polyester fabric options at no additional cost: twill, jacquard, satin,
crepe de chine, repp, etc. Contact factory. |
| CARE & CLEANING: |
| Custom woven &/or wet dye ties and scarves are recommended
for dry cleaning only. Rayon Camp Shirts &/or rayon accessories are
machine washable with consideration for care instructions. Designs by Anthony
is not responsible for any damages caused by improper care, usage, &/or
cleaning. |
